Fatima Rana is the Head of Skills for Conservative Friends of Small Business (CFoSB).

She has a background in Civil Engineering and currently works as a Project Manager in the Renewable Energy sector. Fatima has previously worked across several local authorities focusing on Economic Development, Skills and Highway Engineering.

This gave her the opportunity to work with a plethora of small local businesses to improve the skillset amongst their workforce, enhancing the local economy. Furthermore, Fatima has worked with many start-up companies to gauge and formulate an action plan on what they require to successfully scale up. She has particular expertise in communication strategies and stringent project management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Within the Conservative Party, Fatima is an active member, having previously stood as a Council candidate in West London.
